Invoice details for the past 365 days, even for orders placed by phone or fax, can be viewed online.

To view a list of your invoices, simply login to the website with your assigned username and password and in the Quick Links menu in the center of the screen click on the link to Invoice History.

Your account aging summary will be displayed at the top of the page, along with your payment terms, and last invoice and payment date. At the bottom of the page is a list of your invoices. 25 Invoices are listed per page and to see additional invoices, click on the page number located at either the top or bottom of the page. You may also search for a particular invoice by invoice number or PO number at the center of the page.

To view the details of a selected invoice, either click on the invoice number or check the select box next to an invoice and click the view selected button.

The invoice will be displayed along with the total amount due. To reference the order or shipping status for a particular invoice, click on the highlighted order number or shipping status link.
