Upon logging into the website with your assigned username and password, you’ll notice several tabs located at the top of the web page. Click on the My Catalog tab to access its features.

While the General Catalog tab contains thousands of products in various categories, the My Catalog is a customizable catalog that contains only the items you want to appear, along with your contract items and items which you have purchased within the past 90 days. Items are displayed by category in the center of the page. Click on each sub-category to narrow your search criteria, or, you can search for items in the My Catalog by keyword or part number using the Search Product Catalog box.

As you browse through the general online catalog, any item can be added to the My Catalog by simply clicking on the “Add Item to My Catalog” button. A message will appear confirming that the item has been added. You can also tell if an item already exists in the My Catalog by referring to the indicators at the top of the page or the radio buttons next to a highlighted product. To remove an item from the My Catalog, click on the “Remove Item from My Catalog” button. A message will appear confirming that the item will be removed.

A unique feature of the My Catalog is that each evening, the My Catalog is updated to display the most current information regarding your regular contract items and items you have purchased within the past 90 days. If new items were added to your contract, or if contract items were removed, these changes will automatically be reflected in the My Catalog the following day.
